FAQ’S

What size storage sheds do you have?

We have 22 storage sheds that are 3m x 7m. Roller door entrance size is 2.4m wide and 2.3m high.

How much do your storage sheds cost?

$44/week with upfront payments made every 4 weeks and a one-off deposit of $10 for the front gate key which we will provide.

How can I make payment?

With our convenient automated Ezidebit system you can pay by debit card, credit card or direct deposit from your bank account.

Do you provide insurance for my stored goods?

No. All goods are stored at the risk of the storer. If you are storing valuable items, you may want to consider taking out insurance. We recommend you contact local insurance broker, Consolidated Insurance Brokers on 07 3292 110.

Do you provide power to the storage shed?

No. The sheds do not have power.

What if I need storage for less than 4 weeks?

If you need storage for less than 4 weeks, you will make a payment upfront for 4 weeks rent and we will reimburse you for each week that you vacate early. For example, if you use a shed for 2 weeks and 2 days, you will pay for 3 weeks rent and be reimbursed for 1 week.

Do I need to provide the lock for the storage shed?

Yes. You provide your own lock for the storage shed you will rent. This will ensure that you remain in full control of the access to your goods. We will provide you with a master key to the front gate of the facility.
